3. Card of Godly title: The assentation to God.

Mawu and Lisa are said to be married conjoined twins and are the perfect complementary pair. Mawu is the female goddess of the moon that symbolises passion, gentleness, forgiveness, motherhood and fertility. All characteristics that one perceives as feminine. Lisa is the male god of the sun and is connected with the day, heat, power, strength and toughness. All typical qualities that are seen as masculine. Mawu-Lisa also known as the moon and sun deities created Gu; a divine tool of the gods, in the form of a mighty sword.
Gu was known as the heavenly blacksmith and the inventor of all iron crafts. Mawu-Lisa sent Gu to Earth to do odd jobs and to teach humanity how to craft with iron. Gu filled unsightly craters, fixed leaky oceans and taught humanity how to blacksmith and create their tools to make Earth more habitable. The humans were very grateful and he was soon promoted to God of Smiths, Weapons and War.
For the third and final card, I wanted to depict Gu not only ascending to his god-like title but also teaching humanity the skill of blacksmithing. for this card, I integrated the magician, the five swords and the strength card. I decide to pick the magician card as it symbolises creativity. I would depict this card by having Gu as the magician, his hammer as the wand and his anvil as the altar. The five-swords card symbolises war and I wanted to show that blacksmithing is not only to make tools but also for creating weapons of war.
Gu is mentioned to be a god of war and I wanted to showcase that. You can see the four swords surrounding Gu and the fifth one being forged by the god also teaching the fire sprites who symbols mankind how to blacksmith. The fiery sprites are also a symbol of mankind worshipping Gu as their god at an altar. I designed the hammer to have ahead of a lion to symbolise strength as you don't only need to be strong for blacksmithing but you need physical and mental strength for war as well.
